Great hotel, fantastic staff and a superb spa. Lots of extras for free ie ice cream, yakults and ramen in the evening. Left luggage is great. Wonderful location, very near to Shibuya crossing.

Superb hotel in the heart of Shibuya district. The staff were extremely friendly and the hotel was quiet and peaceful. The rooms were cozy and clean. The best part was the breakfast. What an amazing spread from seafood to soup to pastries! Truly a gem of a place to stay:)

The Dormy Inn is a motel very well situated in Shibuya Tokyo. I definitely would stay again only for one to two nights. My family of four stayed for 4 to 5 nights. We needed double rooms one for myself and my husband, and one for adult kids. Because of the cost Constraint we chose a lower end hotel. This was not a bad choice given our situation. Cons: -The rooms are very small and out Dated. -The staff does not speak English. Remember this is a motel -the hotel is located right next to the train station. Pros: -Location, location, location -The free amenities were a very nice touch, such as: yakult in the morning to keep your system running, free ice cream throughout the day, free beverages, including water, tea, coffee, and soft drinks available throughout the day. They even had a nightly made to order Ramen service, which was fabulous. These amenities made up for the lack of sophistication and decor in the hotel. Regardless, we did enjoy our stay at the Dormy Inn and we would definitely come back for a shorter time.

This was a nice home base while we were in Tokyo. It's a bit of a walk from the train station if you're hauling luggage, but otherwise it's conveniently located between Shibuya and Harajuku. The main downside is that the hotel is next to the train tracks, so there's train noise before midnight and after 5am when the trains start running again. Amenities were really convenient. We took advantage of the free washer (they provide detergent... dryer we didn't use, but that has a small fee), onsen, and snacks (yogurt drink, ice cream, late night ramen).

This was our second stay at the Dormy Inn after having previously spent a night here in 2018, and it was even nicer than we remembered! Our room was clean and of a good size, and the beds were comfortable. We loved changing into the robes provided and enjoy the free late-night ramen offered by the hotel. The free yogurt drink and ice lollies were a nice touch too. The staff was professional, friendly and attentive and allowed us to leave our luggage in the lobby before check-in and after check-out. The location is excellent too. We will certainly book at the Dormy Inn again when we are back in Tokyo.
